My Physical Training and Online Coaching

My hybrid training combines the three separate elements of strength, power and endurance training to help you develop functional and adaptable fitness. We  would begin with a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss your goals and the best way to achieve them. If you are happy to go ahead I will then create a 12 week training programme that will enable you to reach your fitness goals and improve your mental and physical well-being.

Every month you would receive a one and a half hour training session where I can examine your form, discuss your development and advise you on your eating habits. We'll be able to review your goals and see how much progress you are making.

When you are outside of the gym you will be able to stay on course with the SA Training app, through habit tracking. You’ll even be able to connect your Fitbit and MyFitness apps so you have a real understanding of your body, what you are eating and the exercise you are doing

 

 

 

PACKAGE ONE

  • 12 week training programme consisting of 2-3 sessions per week with video demonstrations
  • Weekly email support and online coaching
  • Support and training through the SA Training app
  • 1.5 hour consultation and in person physical training session every month
  • Initial 1 hour advanced fitness testing
  • Macro advice
  • Habit tracking

                                 - £525 for 3 months 

+ extra sessions £35 per hour.

PACKAGE TWO

  • 12 week training programme consisting of 3-4 sessions a week with video demonstrations 
  • Instant messaging support 9-5 Mon-Fri 10-4 Sat through the SA Training app and online coaching
  • Support and training through the SA Training app
  • 2 x 1.5 hour consultation and in person physical training sessions a month
  • Initial 1 hour advanced fitness testing
  • Nutritional advice and dietary analysis
  • Habit tracking

                                 - £750 for 3 months

+ extra sessions £30 per hour.


Package 2 contains everything in Package 1, but comes with extra training sessions and additional dietary advice.
 Package 2 is recommended for those who require a bit more assistance, as not only do you get extra in person sessions a month but also access to instant messaging with a guaranteed response from me within 24 hours.

 

 PACKAGE THREE

Package three  will be a hybrid package that will incorporate more of the mental aspect of training by focusing on Yin yoga sessions designed around the 7 Charkas. Including this with the physical training of HIIT, Grit styled workouts and Strength work to develop a strong mind body connection. Please contact me if you would like to be informed when this is ready.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What equipment do I need at home?

Currently a gym membership or access to some equipment is required for both packages, even access to resistance bands and dumbbells is enough to get you started. For more information please do get in touch with me via email.

What is hybrid training?

Hybrid training is named as such because it combines several different styles of training, mainly strength, power and endurance. The fact that the programme also combines online coaching with in personal training is also often referred to as hybrid training.

What is advanced fitness testing?

This tests how the body moves and functions under certain exercises to help pinpoint injuries and identify muscle imbalances. It will allow me to gain an understanding of how your body moves and any issues we may encounter or prevent moving forward.

 

 

What is Yin yoga?


Yin yoga focuses on our physical foundations. Each pose is held for a minimum of 2 minutes (for beginners) and is designed to work into the fascia and ligaments (the underlying connective tissues that hold the body together.) Not only does this style work hand in hand with strength training to improve flexibility and prevent injury. The extended hold times and opening and closing meditations give the mind a workout too, as you learn patience and focus. This internal focus helps to improve your mental connection to your body.

 

What are Chakras?

The word ‘Chakra’ means ‘Wheel’ or ‘disc’ in Sanskrit and refers to 7 major energy centres in your body. Each Chakra ( root, Sacral, solar, heart, throat, third eye, crown) has its own colour and frequency Through which energy from the universe is funnelled into the body. As well as this Chakras fall upon key meridian overlaps (fascial networks which connect throughout the body), this makes them important players in terms of mindfulness and keeping physically healthy.
There are a number of way in which these can be looked after, such as nutrition, yoga, breathing practices, certain smells, sound frequencies, chants and meditation.
