It’s no secret that physical activity positively effects our moods. Not only through increased confidence as we become fitter and more agile but also through the release of endorphins. Research has linked exercise to aiding sleep, productivity and mood.
As well as this by participating in physical activity as a group we start to develop confidence in social settings and camaraderie with friends, colleagues and even strangers. All of which links to improvements in both your home and work life.
